YOUTH GOLF TUESDAY or THURSDAY MORNINGS -- 10:00 AM
Do you have a "Tiger" in your house? Golf is now recognized as one of our "lifetime" sports! It is enjoyed by all age groups and all family members. When your Juniors start early with golf lessons, they will enjoy this outdoor endeavor with the entire family and friends.... forever! This seven week junior golf clinic will help them gain knowledge in the basics of the golf swing, a few common rules and etiquette, and a whole lotta FUN! The Junior Clinic is targeted for Boys & Girls of ages 6-13 years old. All great golf swings are built from a solid foundation and good habits from the beginning. This is an awesome opportunity that should not be missed.
The lessons will focus on Full Swing, Chipping, Putting, Sand Trap shots, common golf Rules & Etiquette, and FUN. Weekly sessions will include golf skills, golf games, and golf FUN.
Class dates are:
Tuesdays JUNE 10, 17, 24 and JULY 1, 8, 15, 22
Thursdays JUNE 5, 12, 19, 26 and JULY 3, 10, 17
Time: 10:00 AM
Cost: $75.00 per golfer [for series of 7 lessons] or
$15 each for an individual day
These clinics are intended for seven weeks of attendance by each Junior. However, individual clinic sessions during the season are great for visiting grandchildren or children of friends who are visiting the Lakes Area during the summer. Bill Hensel, PGA Head Professional has given over 500 lessons to boys and girls of all ages. Please call if your 'family situation' requires personal response and attention.
- Juniors encouraged to have their own set of golf clubs that fit their size and ability
- Wildflower has set of clubs available for use each week at no charge
- We have both Girls & Boys sets of clubs of recognized brands available for purchase to fit individual needs and skills
- Club repairs and re-gripping for all golf club sizes completed upon individual needs
